Deep Tissue massage is great for those who like more pressure and are looking for specific results. Deep Tissue integrates trigger point therapy and various massage techniques to help alleviate pain and stiffness in the body by targeting the deeper layers of muscle. 

This is ideal for injury recovery once inflammation has ceased and can be a full body or specific area treatment.

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle-touch form of body work that focuses on rebalancing the healthy flow of cerebral spinal fluid by alleviating the compressed bones of the skull and sacrum using light holds and delicate movements. 

60 Minute Craniosacral Therapy - $90

The lymphatic system is central to the body's detoxification process. Unlike blood, lymph does not have a pumping system and relies on movement to circulate. When lymph cannot circulate properly, swelling and illness can occur. Our massage therapists can help sweep the lymphatic system to keep it functioning healthily. Clients we see range from those suffering with mild to severe edema or even those who are post operative seeking lymphatic massage to lessen the swelling.
