At Hearthstone, we respect your time and ask that you respect ours. If you contact us at least 2 hours before the start of your appointment time by text, voicemail, email, or via Square to cancel or reschedule, you will not be charged. However, No-shows and late cancellations will be charged the full price of the service via the card you
